Erica D. Vitanza is a senior associate with The Law Office of Thaniel J. Beinert & Associates. Ms. Vitanza has experience advising buyers, sellers, owners, investors and lenders on a broad range of sophisticated commercial and residential real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of all types of properties. Ms. Vitanza also has significant experience in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Divorce, and Child Custody and Support.
Ms. Vitanza received her Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Florida, and her law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Ms. Vitanza is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
